Our roots – experience since 1887
The MEGGLE Group, headquartered in Wasserburg, Germany, has always been focused on expansion and at the same time committed to its roots – this has not changed since MEGGLE was founded in 1887. As a small cheese dairy, the company was founded by Josef Anton Meggle I. in Wasserburg near Munich over 135 years ago and is now one of the most renowned manufacturers of dairy products in Europe. Besides, the MEGGLE Group is represented all over the world with 20 operating companies and a representative office, as well as sales partners in over 100 countries.
MEGGLE offers a wide range of different products with a focus on butter and butter specialties, fresh milk products along the entire white line, filled baked goods for wholesale and end consumers as well as high-quality hard and semi-hard cheeses.
Furthermore, MEGGLE is specialized in the production of high-quality dry milk products for the pharmaceutical and food processing industries. These products are distributed worldwide.
